RATES
Low Season: Jan/ Feb/ Mar/ Nov/ Dec   $164 (AUD) per night - min 2 nights
Mid Season: Apr/ May/ Jun/ Sep/ Oct    $232 (AUD) per night - min 3 nights
High Season: Jul/ Aug                             $291 (AUD) per night - min 3 nights

Longer Periods Negotiable

* All bookings carry a mandatory cleaning fee of E50 payable to local agent

BOOKING NOTES
A booking deposit is payable to secure requested dates. The final payment, together with a security deposit of $300 (AUD) is required 8 weeks prior to the rental. The security deposit will be refunded within 14 days of the end of the rental assuming there is no damage to the house or its contents and that nothing beyond normal cleaning is required.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Up to 8 weeks - 100% of rate refunded, less initial booking fee4 - 8 weeks - 50% of rate refunded 2 - 4 weeks - 25% of rate refunded. Less than 2 weeks - no refund
